Managing Customer and Supplier Relationships


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menurut Bill Gates pada Business @ the Speed of Thought “A manufacturer or retailer that responds to changes in sales in hours instead of weeks is no longer at heart a product company, but a service company that has a product offering”

Strategi CRM adalah
4Ps: Product, Price, Placement, Promotion.
Product Life cycle

Supplier Relationships Management (SRM) is a methodology to structure and support relationships with suppliers that will assist in:
–Reducing procurement and excess inventory costs
–Obtaining quality materials at the desired time frame
–Improving processes in an ongoing manner.

Itu merupakan sekelumit ringkasan dari Surabaya Study Group XXI yang mengambil tema Managing Customer and Supplier Relationships, yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Pujawan, M.Eng, Ph.D, CSCP. Pada hari Minggu kemarin, tanggal 16 Juni 2013.
